Server rules
A shared world needs shared boundaries.
These rules apply to the Minecraft server, the community board, and any space carrying the Stonegrove name. They are short on purpose; ask a steward when something is unclear.
Stonegrove works because members leave room for each other. The rules below describe the ordinary expectations; they are not a substitute for judgement or conversation.
Build with context
Ask before building within about 128 blocks of another active build. Respect claim markers and paths. If a project grows beyond its original footprint, post the change on the board before expanding.
Keep the world performant
- Farms must be toggleable and off when nobody is using them.
- No permanent chunk loaders, entity spam, or unattended high-rate farms.
- Coordinate large redstone or rail projects before construction starts.
Communicate in good faith
Use the community board for planned changes, shared infrastructure, and disputes. English and Russian are both welcome. Assume the other player is acting in good faith until you have asked.
No griefing, theft, or exploitation
- Do not destroy, lava-cast, or block another player's build without permission.
- Do not take from private storage, even when a container is unlocked.
- No x-ray, fly, reach, auto-click, duping, or other client advantages.
- Report bugs and duplication glitches instead of using them.
Privacy and safety
Do not publish another person's private details, exact location, or private messages. Harassment, hate speech, and advertising are not welcome. Keep moderation reports factual and, where possible, include coordinates and timestamps.
Fair play
Use one account per player. Do not evade a restriction with an alternate account. Real-money trades for builds, items, or access are not permitted. Invitations are personal; do not sell them.
Enforcement and appeals
Stewards usually start with a conversation or a warning. Repeated or destructive behaviour can lead to a temporary restriction or removal. Destructive griefing may result in immediate removal.
If you believe a decision was wrong, contact the appeals address within 14 days and include your username, the date, and what happened. We will review the evidence and reply in writing.
